It depends where you are. Where i'm at, Maybelline's one of the cheapest brands and fairly reliable.

They have good foundation, blusher, mascara and i think it stays on pretty well.
Dream Matte Mousse by Mayebelline they have foundation, concealer, blush, bronze and eyeshadow, it goes on smooth and blends in the skin perfectly, it feels and looks natural.
Lorel....genrally you can find really good make-up for rock bottom prices at ULTA..they also have the lowest priced hair straghteners and curler...eveything there is good makup form well know name makeup brands nad it fairly low priced. Yuo can also sucribe to get there lil magazinge thingy in the mail which shows yous you whats on sale and has cupons
Cover Girl :-)
Almay or Merle Norman
Any makeup at the drugstore is pretty good. I personally love Covergirl and Maybelline, though.
with quality comes a price.
Almay is good for foundations and powders.

(Including blush and bronzer.)
