Have tried Jane products from CVS and alike drugstores? They are inexpensive but they are pretty good. Stay away from Wet and Wild because they cause allergies-
Try any Aveno product and mascara and lip gloss should do the trick. This should help for those summer days.

try that place, they have stuff for really cheap that actually works good!
with dry skin you are better off using a water base/oil free makeup.


use a moisterizing cream every day.
