Drugstores. Try New York Color(N.Y.C.), all of their makeup cost no more than $5. Or try better brands like Maybelline(totally LUV), Revlon, L'oreal Paris, CoverGirl, Neutrogena, and Almay. But these are not as cheap because they are better brands. You can get them in the drugstore as well.

I also say www.eyeslipsface.com . Make up sets range from $10 to $25 and tools are a buck a piece. How can you go wrong with that?

they're make-up has good quality, and usually nothing costs more than $10 or so...
also try Covergirl, it is also good quality and you can get it at your local k-mart, Wal-mart, target, etc...
