E.L.F. has some great makeup. I buy from there all of the time. I LOVE their mineral eye shadows %26amp; they are only $3.00. Most of their makeup is only $1.00. Another good place is everyday minerals. They also have awesome eye shadow.Good cheap make-up...?
Loreal HIP is really nice, I have a lot of those. It may seem expensive, $7.99 shadow with two colors that compliment each other, but at stores like Target and Walmart, they are usually a little less if you want to buy it NOW. If not, wait till 50% off or buy one get one free sales at Longs, Rite Aid, Walgreens, or your local drugstore. I have also been fortunate to occasionally find some HIP products at 99 Cent Only stores.
The best makeup ever is Kryolan. It is only sold in salons but there are some places on line you can purchase it. It is basically stage makeup so it lasts a long time and is cheap as well. Eye shadows are very large and only $5.50. They have a lot of bright colors as well.
For cheap bright make up go to ur local dollar tree store and look for Aziza eyeshadow. They are only one dollar and the quailty of the product is great. They have a wide range of colors too. Better quality then elf. Elf isnt bright at all. A extra tip would be to dip you make up brush in water and then dip it into the eyeshadow. This brightens and make the colors come alive.

Well ELF makeup is really cheap; and a lot of ppl say its good. But a lot of ppl say its bad, so idk its up to you if you want to give it a try! =)
