What is a cheap way to make faucet water warm up faster when coming out of the faucet?

The best way is to recirculate the hot water - it runs in a loop to the furthest fixture, then back to the water heater. Most likely this would not be cheap.

Another alternative that might be cheaper would be a Grundfos comfort system pump. Laing also makes one. What is a cheap way to make faucet water warm up faster when coming out of the faucet?
The cheapest way is to insulate the pipes between the tank and the taps. The next is to shorten the pipes bet tween them. And the most expensive is to get an electric heater that mounts right at the taps. Insulate the pipes with foam insulation.
