Where to get my make up done for free/cheap?

I am going to a wedding on Friday, so I want to get my make up done somewhere. I was thinking about the counters at the department stores. How much do you have to buy usually? Is there somewhere I can get it done for free? I live in North Texas.Where to get my make up done for free/cheap?
Yep, department stores are really good for that kind of stuff. Nordstroms, Sephora, Macy's, Bloomingdales all have make overs. You usually should buy at least one item that they used on you...you have to make them think you are a potential customer.Where to get my make up done for free/cheap?
I'm not sure, but you should call ahead and check with the different lines.
Yes, the department stores, will do for ';Free';. They hope that you buy some of what they have applied. You do not have to be anything, but you should. Tell them you want to be made up on that particular date and time, and that you need to buy the (whatever..) the base foundation make-up, and after the face make-up is applied to your satisfaction, they will tell you the prices, which are HIGH so choose an eye shadow, or mascara, and say you'll have to wait on the rest.
go to the MAC counter, or chanel, and say you want a trial..or just to nordstrom, or even sephora, and just ask to have one of theie experts try a bunch of stuff on..its super fun..and super free

usually one of those cosmotolgy colleges does it for cheap if you're willing to take the risk,
If they have a Kohls around where you live they will do it free for you. Some of my firends went there before Prom.
You could contact Mary Kay and see if anyone is doing a makeover party... I've been to those before.. they're really good at helping you pick out good tones. :) Good luck...
If you buy an eyeshadow and maybe one other thing, you could probably get everything done at a makeup counter. Act like you're interested in the whole line and write down names of things to buy ';later';. Just be prepared for the hard sell.
You can go to Sephora and Makeup Counters (like M.A.C. for example) theyre always free and you end up looking gorgeouss too!
if theres a redkin make-up store they do it alot of department store makeup counters have cosmotolgist who do it
Is there a beauty or cosmetology college any where near you? If so, go. Just call and set up a time, you can usually get it done for free, hair cut, color, and styling included, or at least for very cheap, like 10 bucks! If not, run to the nearest makeup counter and get it done. I don't know how much you usually have to buy, but although it's expensive would it really be so bad. They can show you how to apply and you can just but the products that they used on you so you can apply it your self latter for other special occasions. Hope this helps. Oh, and if neither of these work out just e-mail me at october_fallen@yahoo.com (I'm not exactly a flop when it comes to make up perfection, no to brag, Tee-hee-hee)
Sephora ! ( or Nordstrom or Macy's)
You must be trash I take it?

Thats really cheap and trashy of you to take up a salespersons time when they depend on those sales to put food on their table and pay their light bill. You are stealing food out of someones mouth by doing that. They don't make much over minimum wage. Did you know that? They work hard for the little money they make.

Go to Wal-mart and buy your own stuff and be an adult and do it yourself.

F.Y.I.- Most department stores anymore charge at least $20 if not more to do a makeover because of people like you.
