Cheap make-up stores?

im like broke and i need some good cheap stores to buy make up





i like the scene stuff but i usually mix it w/ the basicsCheap make-up stores?
Target, possibly Longs, Rite Aid, etc.Cheap make-up stores?
Make up is easily found at a rite-aid, wal-mart, or even Win-Co. Try the stores out and HIP has really good bright and dark colors.
Target has a pretty good selection of not-as-expensive stuff. Also try clairs.
um, walmart?
