I need cheap, good make up?

Not leave a line


Cover up blemishes, but leave freckles, if that's possible


Not come off if you touch it, and not be oily and sticky feeling.





And I really need to get it at Wal Mart or Target





And I'm 14, freshman, any other make up I need?


Besides eyeliner?I need cheap, good make up?
for concealer i suggest physicans formula. or nyc.


nyc is about 2 dollars and physicans formula is around 5. they both sell a green one for blemishes.





depending on how much you want to spend on foundation heres what i tried and like:





revlon colorstay: about 10dollars but well worth it. its medium coverage and applies best with foundation brush. it has spf 15 so its good for the sun. doesnt leave you sticky or oily and lasts 16 hours.





maybelline liquid mousse: around 7 dollars. leaves a reallly nice look. the only thing is that if you have oily skin DONT get it it will loook sooooo greasy!





powder:try covergirls original one. around 4 dollars and really good!

you should just get a little stick coverup (NYC is cheap at w-mart) - since its so cheap you could buy 2 and keep one in locker just in case!


some powder (i use organics from walmart, not the press powder) - use in moderation! its easy to look cake-y. you just want to put hints on where your face shines.


foundation is overrated!! you do not need it. it doesnt coverup anything (in my experience) and its so heavy! plus easy to tell your wearing it!


minimal eyeliner and mascara.


let your beauty shine through, dont cover it up!





your a teen, you get blemishes and stuff. people know that, it happens to everyone. so even if you think your face is repulsive, everyone else goes through it too!
i would say go to Lancome its not that expensive or go to mac. those two are in the mall. i use victoria secret and my mom uses mac and they are both great. victoria secret has their foundation for like 22 bucks and they last you like all year and they even help you find the right color you want. they have all the other stuff you need to. good luck!
Since you are wanting cheap makeup you could just buy different things from different brands and find out which one you like best. I would suggest Neutrogena since it is usually better for your skin and Rimmel London because they have a lot of colorful pretty stuff aha : ) Hope I helped.

I would just go to Walgreens or your local drugstore. They have lots of different brands so I'm pretty sure you can find something good.
Take a bus to the mall or Get a Friend to take you
physician's formula.
You should look around, Revlon is really good for face products.
