How can I fix up a really cheap skateboard to make it better?

My mom bought me a cheap $30 target skateboard :(and I wasnt planning on buying a new one soon anyway but still.... Is there a way I can fix it up to make it work better, if i take the parts off of my old skateboard and switch them with the parts on this board will it work better?(my old board was way better quality) How can I fix up a really cheap skateboard to make it better?

You can't fix that. You should go to Active Rideshop and throw down on some new gear. Or go to Zumiez or support your local shop. Go get yourself a good deck because the one that same with that Target board wasn't made for serious skateboarding. It was made for mall grabbing. At Zumiez you can get an ATM for 30 and you could get some cheap blank trucks, although you should get some Indys, and Bones Red bearings for 15, and get some blank wheels or whatever your feeling and you could roll solid. Roll forever.
you can never fix that, go to zumiez or a online skate shop, buy a 7.5 X 31 inch blank deck with independent trucks. bones reds bearings and any wheel you like. it will cost about 100$. if you don't have enough though, at least get independent trucks and if you have extra get a cheap blank deck. here this ones perfect i made it justfor you-

if you can't order it with a credit card online then you can easily get a money order for that amount at a post office and send it to them via mail.
Hi. If the deck is standard size, you can get some decent blank trucks and wheels/bearings. Your deck is probably decent enough, but you want some nice trucks and wheels to get some speed out of it.
