More and more companies are designing and selling affordable cosmetics. I find E.L.F. (explosives) and Avon to be among the best. E.L.F. has products that range from $1 to $20. The majority of their products only cost $1 and the quality is OK. I wouldn't recommend so much their eyeshadow and blush but their mineral foundation ($5) is a very nice deal and the tools are amazing! (My favorites are the $1 eyelash curler and the $1 slant tweezer--the best.) They currently have a free shipping promotion this thursday, july 17th, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for orders over $15. Another great place to find cheaper cosmetics is Avon. Avon products are superb, usually how they advertise it. Prices range from $0.50 to $34. I especially like their $5 lipstick and their $4 mascara. Free shipping on orders over $10, expires on 7/16/09. code: SUMMER10

this is just another place, the dollar tree if you have it near you, they have la color paletts, which are really nice, smackers, maybelline, the dollar tree actually has really nice make up for some reason, and its only a dollar, otherwise there is e.l.f., ultra(on the computer, has like a lot of brands for cheap) drug stores

Wal-mart, CVS, etc. But if you want some cheap products i recommend ELF (eyes lip face.com) you can go to their website and take a look at a couple of their products. And most of their products are $1! Best makeup site ever! :)
Walmart, Target, Walgreens. Though Walgreens prices are more expensive than if you just get it at Walmart.
i'd have to agree with most of the previous answers. walmart, walgreens, places like that. they work just as well and the expensive stuff. :)
