Anyone knows where i can get a cheap make up n hairstyling for my retro dinner and dance in singapore?

I can't really remember cos I'm been out of Singapore for over a year, but from what I recall, there may be some salon shops that do your hair and make up, (may be your retro style if you request) at heeran or far east. But like I said, I haven't been in Singapore for over a year, so the shop may have been teared down, or taken over. But you can still go check it out if you have the time. :)
