I would try going to beauty stores (that sell mostly hair stuff) around where you live... they surprisingly have loads of dirty cheap but really good cosmetics!!! The brand names will be off-the-wall, but most of the time you'll be paying like $1 or $2 for whatever you're getting, so it's worth it to try a few to see what you like. Just don't get the ';dollar store'; crap... that stuff is just too cheap, it will smudge and wear off quickly.
if you love mac, i would recommend bare escentuals. i used to ONLY use mac, then i got turned onto BE.....LOVE IT. isnt that cheap, but wil last for for months...if you need something a bit cheaper, try physicians formula...good mineral makeup looks flawless on, like you arent wearing any...

No. Not really. You don't think there is any, either. After good cosmetics, cheap stuff is just not an option. Some people think Avon has some good products, but only once in awhile.
elf is good but thier shipping sucks. it toke mine like 3 weeks to get here but thier stuff is vry nice for only $1 .. but um urban decay is good and its not that pricey and smashbox is good...
