try e.l.f, go on their website. most stuff is like 拢1.50 and is prett good quality, it's obviously not going to be as good as expensive makeup , but it's prety decent !

Good makeup is never actually cheap...
The best make up is never really that cheap. But I would think it's better to buy it at a store online. But i would try amazon.
