basically you arent looking for anything extravegent, basically just some eye shaddows and maybe mascara.


you can go anywhere really for that basic stuff. i wouldnt try wal mart, yet they are cheep, but they are more for teens and adaults.


if you are willing to spend abit more, try clairs.


they usually have a set of simple eye shadows for maybe ten fifteen bucks, pre-teens go crazy for that kind of stuff. for mascara, go to fred meyers or somthing, the cheepest stuff they got. Concidering young girls wont worry much about the real look of it, only that they have it.Cheap make up for young girls?
The NYC brand is really good for younger girls, you can get eyeliner and mascara and powder and eyeshadows and lip glosses all for like 2 dollars or less, and its sold everywhere... target,wal-mart, drug stores, etc. And they have really cute nail polishes for 99 cents :D

I would say go to Walmart or Target... they have good brands and their make up is pretty cheap...
dont get ';cheap'; makeup! it will cause early aging. just get ';good'; makeup on sale!!

Go to Target, they've got Maybelline for eye products, Loreal for skin/foundation products, and Revlon for lip products.


At least, that's what I used each brand for.





If you go to Ulta, there's also this brand called NYX and they've got some cute single eyeshadows and those cost $4.99 each. Not such a bad deal comparing it to MAC which costs $14.99 and there isn't that much of a difference of the quality of the shadows.

My little sisters love the Mary Kate and Ashley brand makeup from Walmart.





Also, many stores like Walmart or Target have cheap makeup sets this time of year. Look for them in the section with the gift sets for Christmas. My local Walmart had a 46 piece set for just 5 dollars, and the collection looked suitable for young girls.

My mo gets me big makeup packs from ICING or CLAIRES, they're pretty good, but you should also try the makeup section in CVS or WALGREENS. its not all that cheap there.
try the ulta store they usually have a big box for less than $25.00 and it comes with everything from shadows to glosses. I use them all the time the eyeshadows are great they go smooth.I am a hair stylst and always have to look great and I have tons of make up but i usually use my ulta box
If you want cheap makeup, just go to claires.
if you can go to www.forever21.com all there stuff is really really cheap
