NYC, or New York Color is really good and its SUPER cheap, you just have to figure out how to use it, and how much of it to use, but its actually pretty decent, eyes lips face, or elf ( www.elf.com ) has AMAZING and ridiculously cheap makeup, but you can only get it online ( i think), those are two really good, cheap brands. good luck! :)What is the cheapest make-up that actually works?
Well, while thinking about money, you should also think about quality and what will do the most for your face. I find that some affordable make-ups, that will keep your face healthy at the same time, are Almay, and Neatrogena, these are good make-ups to spend a little on, you can find them at WalMart, and Target for very cheap prices.
