If you want good quality but low prices you need to buy higher end brands from discount sites. I have found that genuinally cheap brands are usually pretty terrible. Too faced, lancome etc are good and you can get them for very low prices from http://www.beautyparlor.co.uk definately worth a look.
Bonnebelle is really cheap, but its' not that high quality... revlon and rimmel are somewhat cheap and very hard quality..... it really depends on your standards for makeup what i think is expensive may be really cheap to you.

I LOVE Sephora, but for quality, ';cheap'; makeup, you have to try e.l.f. Cosmetics. I was skeptical before I tried them, (how could quality makeup cost only $1?) but I love it now! They sell everything, and are always adding new items, and having specials.

Rimmel is a good brand and its pretty inexpensive. i use rimmel extra super lash mascara and the eyeshadow.





I actually use n.y.c eyeliner as an eyebrow pencil.its only $1 at target.lots of other girls like it too because the rack is always empty. =)









Boots have their own brand of make up called Natural Collection. I think it's really good %26amp; the mascara is only 拢1.95 and works well.





Superdrug also do their own make up which is cheap but okay.

I think Cover Girl %26amp; Maybelline are good brands. E.L.F is pretty good too [its only $1.00] You can buy it at eyeslipsface.com. I read that you can buy it at K-Mart stores now; but im not that sure..
