What is a good brand of cheap make up?

i am a student from the Philippines. i don't have much money to buy expensive make up. please help me find a good brand of cheap make up. i usually use mascara, eye liner (any kind, pencil, liquid, etc.), make up remover. thanks :)What is a good brand of cheap make up?
Eyes Lips Face (E.L.F.) makeup has the designer quality and is very inexpensive. They have super sales a lot where everything is $1! It's literally insane. I want to be a M.A.C. Maybelline, l'oreal and the rest are considered cheap outside the Philippines. These makeup brands are among those which are considered high end in the Philippine shelf. Especially expensive around watson stores are Mac and revlon. The suggestion for these particular makeup brands are irrelevant especially for us Filipinos. If you are living on a tight budget the Ever Bilena and the line tony gonzaga endorsed goes well as far as liquid/pencil eyeliners, mascara, eyeshadows, blushers are concerned. The eyeliners don't smudge and well enough for tropical weather where makeup could get all runny and smudged. Johnson and johnson essentials compact powder is a good one too, but the block and white compact is also good for sun protection and a bit expensive, same with ponds. For best foundations and makeup removers, you might as well invest on an avon product. their foundation have good photosensitive components and is even better than most expensive brands already mentioned. Same goes for lipstick. I don't recall if splash products still produce their makeup line but you could look into that too, the last time I was there I loved their cover and clean compact powder, it has great coverage, I don't understand why it was phased out.
Sweety, When you buy cheap make up, you must be careful and concern about Ingredients,cheap make up make your skin ill. but I think you can use Tips %26amp; toes products which are cheap and good, Revlon,smash box,miss rose are other products.
There is this brand called 'Designer Brand'. It has the quality of designer brand make up products for basically half the price. I'm not sure if they have it over there in the Philippines, but you could always look for it. I hope this helps.

Great question! I would try Neutrogina, or Cover Girl, these are all great, inexpensive brands. I would also try your local Drug Store for cheap makeup. good luck sweetie!
