cvs or wallgreens is your best option although I did see target in one of your answers, it's a ggod store, not trying to slam target but it is about $2 more expensive and if what you want is inexpensive try walgreens or cvs as your #1 choice

Id advise Ulta becuase they have buy 1 get 1 free, and they have expensive makeupp for cheap! Ex. Bareminerals is just 10$ at Ulta!!
CVS, Walgreens, The supermarkets have a beauty section, Wal*Mart..and i know u said everyday, but if theres a mall near you, then Claire's.

I suggest walmart has good makeup and its cheap and actually works i use it
target has pretty good makep and its not alot of $
