ive never really used makeup before,


and i really want to start for highschool.

Firstly , if your complexion doesn't have any blemishes , you don't have to use liquid foundation.





A tinted moisturizer like Olay Total Effects with a touch of foundation will be enough.





Use a brown black mascara if you are a blonde and black if you are brunette or if black haired.


Wiggle mascara wand through eyelashes in a zigzag motion. ( This prevents clumps. )





A pressed powder compact in your skin tone is good to bring along for touch ups if you are considering more coverage than a tinted moisturizer. You can try Revlon New Complexion Pressed powder or Loreal True Match Pressed Powder or Cornsilk brand.





You will need oil blotting paper (johnsons' Clean %26amp; Clear oil Blotters) to use before using the pressed powder for touch-up.





Use a tinted lip balm like Burt's Beeswax in Fig or Revlon Beyond Natural Liptint in the Colour that complements your natural lip colour.





Cleansing wipes (Neutrogena Cleansing wipes to remove make-up afterwards)
depends what type of skin you have, if you are oily i would go with bare minerals or clinique. but do not use loreal i find it leaves my face all glowy and oily. but like i said clinique is affordable, and it looks natural and doesnt leave your face oily.
If I were you just starting out I would just invest in some really good water proof mascara, eyelash curler and some lip gloss thats about all you need on a daily basis. Anything else is just gonna clog your pores and wear down your skin! Less is always more accent what you have don't try and create something your not!
first of all how old are you? you need to first take care of your skin at a young age. then think of make up. since you mentioned high school, your make up should be very subtle.. I dont think you need cheap make up. you need products that will take care of your young skin
You need a bit of shadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush (cream blush is prettiest) and lip gloss.





Nothing uglier than a young person in heavy foundation make-up, so skip it.





Any brand in Wal-mart is good. I have a little of every brand, even Mac, Stila, Chanel...
Minerals make up.. not too heavy but hv a nice effect..just get a foundation, blush n mascara. that will do, for brand..


revlon or maybelline..they r affordable yet nice
Just browse the make-up isles. Experiment with different eyeliners and lipsticks/lip gloss and different colors. Things that look good on one girl might look stupid on a different girl, so it's all just trial and error.

get some mascara and some eyeshadow and your good. or what i do is mascara and liquid eyeliner on the top and bottom sometimes.

Just WArning you but the cheaper the makeup the crappier it willl make your face look!!! your face could break out from the cheap minerals
Urban Decay isn't too expensive and it's very high quality. You can get it a Sephora at your local mall. Hope that helped.
The dollar store.Just have to change it every two montha.And clinique is really good is you want long term use.
