Where can I find good but cheap make -up?

Please just let answers shoot at meWhere can I find good but cheap make -up?
well if you want good make -up it has to be not cheap but if you say that 5.00 is how much you want i guess look at Target they always have good but cheap make -up(most of the time)or walmart or even the dollar tree.Where can I find good but cheap make -up?

Like 90% of everything is a dollar. Their brushes are especially good. They have mineral makeup which is the hottest thing right now, their mineral foundation is $5 and mineral eyeshadow is $3. Like i said everything else is a buck like cream shadow, regular shadow, liquid and regular eyeliner, blush, foundation, concelaor, a bajillion lip glosses, nail polish, etc etc.





Sometimes it's good to splurge on one thing, like foundation. I use bare minerals.
I do makeup and my favorite brand is Kryolan. It is great! They use it in productions like cirque du solei. I think you can go to there website and find salons around you that carry it. It is also cheap! Eyeshadow are roughly $6.00 and work wonderfully! Good luck!
The stores called DOLLOR TREE have EVERYTHING for $1!! They have good makeup too :)


And at walmart they have what I like to call...the ';teen'; section. They have all this stuff teens would want. $1 on BON-BON nail polish and LOVE MY NAILS is $1. And the ';Love My'; company has cheap (But my favorite) lip glosses! So does bon-bon. And they have Smackers. There is a variety of packages you can buy with eyeshadow, lip gloss, eye liner, and lots of other stuff for like $8!

Covergirl eyeshadows as HIGHLIGHTER colors (for your brow bone etc)... I like their Champagne color.. (better than spending $15 for a MAC highlighter color... i.e. their All That Glitters)
almost every dollar store has $1 foundation/concealers and eyeshadows. lip glosses, eyeliner and mascara aren't good quality there but the base makeup can be just as good as the better brand makeup.
i use FYI and its reallly cheap but really good or u can go to Sally's and they sell nice quality makeup for a resonable price
Places like walmart and kmart have full makeup sections with more then just covergirl (which in my opinion isn't very good)
tha brand nyc is good and cheap. you can find it at a cvs/rite aid/target
