What's the best cheap make-up?

My family doesn't have alot of money and I just started High School so what are some cheap (10 dollars and under) products that are really good? I have pale skin, mousy brown hair, dark blue eyes with super long lashes.What's the best cheap make-up?

For your baby blues I recommend the purple/blue eye shadow, always use ';hint of tint'; rule of thumb to accent your eyes. Light application of the blush same rule of thumb. Since you are starting h.s. stick to the lip glosses.
If your lashes are really long and dark, you might not even need mascara or eyeliner. But if you want curl and mascara for your lashes, I used Mabelline eyelash curler and their Great Lash mascara in High School. Lip Smacker's Dr. Pepper lip balm will put a light tint of berry red on your lips and it's less than $3. (It's still my emergency ';oops left the house without gloss'; color and I have a tube in my purse and my book bag.) All three products might add up to just over $10. Someone else mentioned the Dollar Store and I've seen makeup there ...you might find the basics, like clear gloss.
I don't think you have to shop at the dollar store for good makeup! You just have to look! Go to walmart (or any pharmacy) and just have fun looking! I like Covergirl TruBlend Microminerals. I don't think it's much more than ten dollars it might even be less. I love it!
