Why is N.Y.C make-up so cheap? Are the products any good?

my daughter and me use some of the products, and they seem ok. they dont advertise on tv alot, so that helps cut down their cost. I dont think they are hypoallergenic.Why is N.Y.C make-up so cheap? Are the products any good?
No. The color is bright for a while, but fades quickly. Also, the powder breaks easily and then gets everywhere. Save your money and spend it on something nice that will last and won't break. Sephora has a lot of different brands and products, but they are a little expensive, so if you don't want to spend the money, go to like Target or where ever and get a good brand not NYC or Wet n Wild.Why is N.Y.C make-up so cheap? its so cheap coz its aimed at teenagers,


and im not sure, ive only had the nail varnish, lively colour but lasted one day and the whole bottle dried up really quickly.
The lip glosses and nail polishes are something I used to buy when I was a lot younger, they don't last very long and they dry out very quickly.
They are loaded with chemicals, mineral oil and don't last long.
