Cheap but good quality make-up?

Does anyone know of any good quality make-up that has a LOT of CHEAP eyeshadow? I dont want it to be expensive!!! I like MAC but the price starts to add up and can be pretty spendy sometimes! Do you have any suggestions? Thanks soooooo mmuch =)Cheap but good quality make-up?
Wet 'N' Wild has really good eyeshadow for about $3 at any drugstore or Walmart. I use it everyday and love it. Plus, they have every color IMAGINABKE!! =]Cheap but good quality make-up?
okay i live in canada and the states due to my parents divorce but anyways, i love nyc makeup they have a website its all cheap but it works great, they mostly only sell in the united states but they have makeup in select stores throught canada they have some of there product in zellers thats where i get some of it when im in canada!!!! hope it helped

I LOVE JESSYS GIRLS EYE SHADOWS WITH MAC FIX PLUS.. THERE ARE ALSO SIGHTS THAT SELL MAC PIGMENTS FOR LESS. LOREAL IS GREAT AND ARE HIGHLY PIGMENTED.
I like Almay's eyeshadow. And even MaryKate and Ashley have some really cheap eyeshadow that works nicely.
