it's cheap because someone out there came up with the idea that SOME people can't pay for a single $20 mascara or whatever!! so they came up with a list of ingredients that don't cost too much, than made a good makeup!Why is elf make up so cheap?
ELF MAKE-UP IS USUALLY MEANT FOR HALLOWEEN AND STUFF LIKE HAT!THEREFORE IT IS NOT THE BEST QUALITY, THUS BEING CHEAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!Why is elf make up so cheap?
