Good, cheap, colorful, make-up?

where can i find lots of colorful, inexpensive, bright eye shadowss???Good, cheap, colorful, make-up?
Go to Walmart or Target and check out CoverGirl's They aren't very expensive and they are good quality. Even better, they come packaged with three or four shadows per compact! Be careful of generic or no-name brand make-up. They can contain chemicals that are harmful to your skin!Good, cheap, colorful, make-up?

everything is $1. mineral eyeshadow is $3, but you get a ton and it lasts long!

heres my reveiw on some of their products

Ok so I've bought some stuff from e.l.f and I love it!! here are some products I enjoyed: (I have light/medium skin, brown eyes +hair)

Natural Radiance Blusher in Innocence- gives you a healthy, natural color to your cheeks! its pretty light.

All over color stick in Persimmon- Great for eyes and cheeks. it gives you a dusky rose look. very pretty:) i think its too shimmery for lips. I love it! Gives you the just pinched look, or like you came from outside, in a pretty way.

Super Glossy Lip Shine SPF 15- these smell, look, and taste amazing. I got Angel- great clear color, looks nice over lipstick

Goddess- my favorite!!! great natural color!! goes with almost anything. i suppose you could say its a ';nude color';

Watermelon- its not hot pink, but a bright pink. brings a great splash of color to your face, so you wont need much other make up! (looks great when your just wearing black eyeliner + mascara)

Pink Kiss- my sister has this one. i tried it secretly and i think it was a little too light and shimmery for me. (shes a fair tone +blond and it looks good on her)

Luscious Liquid Lipstick (its basicly a lipgloss)

Baby Lips- pretty light pink (my mom has it and shes very fair +blond+blue eyes and in her 50s and it made her look very young in a good way)

Caramel Candy- I love it! it has a great bronzy look, not too dark though. gives me a golden godess vibe and is nice with gold eyeliner.

the only thing i dont like about this is the smell, its the mint smell that they use in some lipplumpers, but since i like the color i put up with the smell

Plumping Lip Glaze- oasis. WAY to shimmery and frosty. smells really gross to me!

Hypershine lipgloss- honey. i was looking for the bronzy look agian, but this was a little too dark for my skin tone. great smell and i would love to try some other colors, like flirt which i heard was nice.

Duo Eye Shadow Cream - butter pecan. comes exacly as the picture shows. i havnt used it yet. sorry.

Shimmering facial whip- Lilac Petal. great highlighter! pretty blush, although you may need to put some pressed/loose powder over it so its not so shiny. a little goes a long way with this!

Brightening Eye Color- drama. this is another one of my favorites!! great for the smokey eye! comes with a white color, silver, silver/black, and black.

total face brush- soft and great aplication!

eyeshadow brush- soft and great aplication again(:

Mechanical Eyelash Curler- this is another great one!! another favorite! makes your lashes very long. it should be 10x the cost. i will buy it over and over again!

mineral foundation- fair (my mom bought this and it gives her great coverage and really brightens her skin, making her glow and look younger!

i just bought a ton of more stuff, but i still have to type up that reveiw, but i most definatly recomend the mineral booster, and mineral eyeshadow too! the mineral foundation in the color light, is too orange for my skin even though i am a beige/light skin tone

umm the studio eyeliner sealer/primer is worth it!

Foundation/ Bronzer.- Cover girl has great foundation -$12 a case. Sometimes it does give you the Shiny look, but it will be fine with a little bit of Bronzer over the top of it. I recommend www.eyeslipsface.com . The Bronzer this is great, but you have to find it to match your skin tone. Everything is 1 dollar! Best Bronzer I have ever used.

Lip gloss/ Chastick- Lip gloss has an oil in it that promotes cold sores and chaped lips, no matter what kind you buy. My advise is to always apply an even layer of chapsick before you apply the lip gloss, that way the lipgloss won't be touching any skin and will keep your lips shiny without cold sores. (any kind of lip gloss is acceptable, my favorite is anything from eyeslipsface.com.)

Mascara- Maybelline Collassal Volume Express Mascara (The kind in the yellow bottle -$3 at drugstores) is amazing, it doesn't clump your lashes and doesn't leave you with racoon eyes when you go to take it off.

Eyeshadow- Pinks and oranges look really good, they will really make your blue eyes pop. Go to the opposite side of the color wheel.

Eyeliner- Black eyeliner looks really good with your eyes. Revlon Black Eyeliner- $6 at drugstores. It is really creamy and glides on better than any drugstores brand eyeliner, that isn't a pencil.

Revlon also has great eyeliner. Revlon Gold Eyeliner pencil -$8 at drugstores is amazing. It doesn't smudge when you rub your eyes. :D Every girls dream. They have a ton of different colors to choose from. A lot of bright ones.
