I've tried magazines and they don't say a thing. : (Does anyone know a good make-up brand that's cheap but still beautiful?
I use Wet %26amp; Wild. I also got a bit of Rimmel, and a bit of Tropez. All three are really cheap. You can get pencils from $0.99, depending on brand, same for lipsticks, eye shadows for no more than $3, same for blush. And those pencils are REALLY good quality, too. The make-up is just as good, maybe better than the more expensive stuff. I got my liquid lipstick from N.Y.C. brand.

i work with chemicals and i do not recommend you to buy the cheapest ones really.
human skin is not so durable. So in the long run, make up will harm you no matter what.
it will be less or more depending on the quality of your brand choice.
color work shop is as good as any make up it doesn't cost that much
I tend to use cover girl and rimmel. They are both really inexpensive and work really well.
It's not really cheap, but Bare Escentuals is the all time best makeup out there. You can buy it at Sephora.
cover girl aqua smooth or anything by L'Oreal or Maybelline Mousse, they are all good...and make sure your skin is clean and scrubbed before you use anything or nothing will look good.
Avon has really pretty make-up that is not expensive at all. Try going to www.avon.com to find a representative that lives in your area.
wet and wild and Rimmel are cheap and good
I like Maybelline. Can't live without it. Covergirls pretty good too.
Wet n wild and Nyc are good. I also use Jane and Bonnebell. They cost less than covergirl and don't test on animals. The colrs are really good too.

Maybelline. But it's all about your application tips, and your own self confident. Anyone can be beautiful. Is whether you have confidence in yourself or not. :)

Do guys like make up or does it make girls look cheap?
I actually prefer no make-up on a woman. Unless it is a special event (professional pictures being taken, weddings, etc...) then a little make-up is nice.

Shop at a beauty supply store like Sally's Beauty Supply before hitting the drugstore. Beauty supply stores have the makeup that is used in most salons, and it tends to be very cheap.
Afterwards, go to the drugstore. N.Y.C. and Wet %26amp; Wild are the cheapest drugstore brands. I find that their nail polishes and liquid eyeliner is very good. However, some of their cheap ingredients may irritate your skin, and their face makeup and eyeshadow does not come in very many colors, so spend a little bit more on them.
I believe that CoverGirl is the next cheapest drugstore brand. Covergirl LashExact mascara is great, although Maybelline is cheap and famous for their good mascara. If you can't find the makeup you want from CoverGirl, try Maybelline, followed by L'Oreal.
Makeup Running/Not Bright Enough
Foundation:
Use a primer to help make your makeup last longer. You should be able to find primer at a beauty supply store. Use liquid foundation (as well as powder foundation, if you can afford it) followed by transluscent powder.
Eyeliner:
Running eyeliner is difficult. I suggest taking care not to rub your eyes. Carry eyeliner in your purse and do touch-ups whenever you are in the restroom.
Eyeshadow:
If you want eyeshadow to be brighter, wet the sponge-tip applicator before applying the eyeshadow.
Blush:
Be sure to buy a shade that matches your skin closely that you can get away with wearing a lot. (Clarification: do not buy a bright blush and only wear a little bit; choose a less bright blush and apply a lot of it.)
Lipstick/Lipgloss:
1. Apply chapstick.
2. Apply lipliner, if you want.
3. Apply lipstick (with a brush, if possible).
4. Blot with a single ply of tissue.
5. Repeat steps 3 %26amp; 4 until you have the desired amount of color.
6. Apply lipgloss. Carry the lipgloss in your purse during the day and re-apply regularly.

The great thing about this Mascara is that it doesn't leave you with racoon eyes hwen you go to wash it off. It also really does give you volume to short eyelashes.
Eyeshadow Stick- Maybelline Cool Effect -Cooling Shadow/Liner. -$6
This product doubles as an eyeliner and eye shadow, they have many colors and I personally like it better than eyeshadow, it stays on and goes wherever you go. :D
Black Eyeliner- Revelon Eyeline Crayon.-$8
This eyeliner pencil is great, it has a sharpener attached to the bottom and it is waterproof.
Natural Eyeliner- Revlon Luxurious Color Eyeliner/ Crayon Contour. -$8
The eyeliner I am talking about here comes in many different colors and is great, it hardly even needs to be sharpened and it lasts for quite a while, you really get your money's worth from this.
